Sustainable development-4T7 is working on it - 4T7

Nature relies on self-regulation to maintain a dynamic ecological balance in the ecological environment, and when too many natural and human disturbances are received to restore itself to a stable state of regulation, the structure, and function of the ecosystem are destroyed, and the input of material and energy output is not balanced, causing defects in the system components (e.g. biodiversity reduction, etc.), structural changes (e.g. sudden increase or decrease in the animal population, change in the food chain, etc.). Energy flow is blocked and material circulation is interrupted. It is generally called ecological imbalance. It is therefore important to protect the ecological environment. Each of us should do everything in our power to protect the ecology, use renewable energy and contribute to sustainable development. Protecting the environment, and conserving energy, is a constant responsibility of 4T7; So the pursuit of sustainable development materials is also our constant goal. At present, the materials used in 4T7 smart meal prep kitchenware are marine plastics, algae materials, bamboo fiber, wheat rice husk, PLA (bioplastic), recycled stainless steel, and recycled glass.

Marine plastics

Marine plastics refer to plastic waste that has the risk of eventually entering the ocean. Plastic is located near waterways and may enter the ocean through rivers and lakes, which, if left untreated, will most likely end up in our oceans. Marine plastics are recycled raw material that replaces raw plastics. Marine plastics are materials collected from areas within 50 km of the coastline. Then it's shipped to our factory for final production to convert marine plastic waste into recyclable products. Helps protect our oceans and our planet and contributes to the circular economy.

Algae litter

Rising global temperatures, excessive nutritional runoff, and human activity have led to devastating situations, such as the proliferation of algae around the world. Rampant algae cause some degree of water pollution, but we can use natural resources such as algae to create sustainable materials to produce clean water and maintain healthy ecosystems, thus reversing the effects of water pollution. 4T7 is currently using this approach to produce sustainable products.

Regenerative stainless steel

Recycled steel is the steel that is scrapped and discarded for waste, and stainless steel is also the most recycled material on Earth. Stainless steel is degradable and has little effect on performance when it is recovered. We use stainless steel forged from steel objects that have been systematically separated from the waste stream. Recycling can reduce energy consumption, overall carbon footprint, and landfill size. In addition, it enables us to reduce costs in most cases while contributing to systemic change and Earth health.

Wheat rice husk and PP

Wheat straw is the rest of the wheat plant after harvesting grain. Our wheat straw products are made of 70% wheat straw and 30% PP. The PP we use is a # 5 recyclable material.

Bamboo fiber

Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, reaching full maturity within 3-5 years. It catches more carbon than most plants and releases 30% more oxygen into the air than trees of the same mass.

Not only now, but in the future 4T7 will also be responsible for protecting the environment, conserving energy, and contributing to sustainable development.
