About shipment fees（the United States）:
Free shipping if you buy a chopping board set (whether it's a three-piece or four-piece);
Free shipping if you buy individual thaw plates;
If you buy one of the products in the set, you will need to pay $75 for postage;
The above postage policies do not include Hawaii and Alaska.
About shipment fees（Outside the U.S.）：$55
If the final destination of the delivery is within the United States, the estimated time of arrival is 3-5 business days;
If the final destination of the delivery is outside the United States, the estimated time of arrival is 10-15 business days;
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-2 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
